HARO flooring are products that has been certified to the latest LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental) Version 4.1 green building standard which developed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) from the United States. The LEED standard is constantly developed and updated to cover criteria in many areas. To make the standards more effective, buildings that use HARO products can increase their LEED points to be certified as green buildings with the following features:

1. HARO flooring selects only premium raw materials that do not harm the environment. It uses flooring from responsibly managed and replanted forests (FSC, PEFC), as well as reducing the Carbon Footprint. It is produced in a factory that uses clean energy, has a greenhouse gas reduction process, and has a transportation system that reduces energy use and is environmentally friendly. It has been certified by the EPD: EN 15804 standard.

2. HARO flooring is free of accumulated volatile substances or PM dust that are harmful to the health of users according to the Blue Engel standard, helping to improve indoor air quality (Indoor Environmental Quality: IEQ).

3. HARO flooring is highly durable and can be used for a long time, reducing replacement and repair, and reducing resource waste.

Green building products are important for sustainable development because they help reduce environmental impacts, increase energy efficiency, and create better indoor air quality. This helps reduce long-term operating costs and supports environmentally friendly building standards. It also helps increase the value of the project and attract investors and tenants. Eco-friendly buildings are also in line with ESG policies, which are a major trend in the business sector. Using green building products is part of social and environmental responsibility, and it also reduces repair and maintenance costs in the long run. Environmentally friendly building design and construction help create a sustainable society and reduce the impact on our planet, in an era where climate change is a major issue.
